Old Ideas, New Generation

Full Sail Photography traveled from the Cape Fear Coast to North Carolina's mountain city, Asheville, this past weekend for a beautiful wedding reception at Waynesville Golf and Country Club.  The afternoon was sun-drenched tinted by the hues of the blue ridge mountains.  Golfers, who finished their early 18, sat on the back porch inquisitively watching Ian Curcio and I set up Full Sail's premiere photo booth on the back lawn of the country club.  Ian, who we hired to help, was just as inquisitive to see how the dismantled booth, which fits snug in the back of my pick-up truck, will assemble into a place where fun happens and smiles are created.

I was talking with an older gentleman after he had the pleasure of using our booth for some unique portraits of him and his wife of 30 years and had asked him if our booth resembles the old fashioned photo booths he remembered from his younger years.  His replied made me smile.  He said though our booth has a little more space inside to sit down the memories of sharing the cramped seat of the photo booth at the county fair with pretty girls came to his mind.  One of those pretty girls he exclaimed as he leaned over to my ear was his wife:)  Ohhh to have that photo strip of him and his wife back in the days and then the photo strip we offered them this past weekend...That would look nice in a frame!

A little girl of no more than 3 or 4 found the photo booth to be a place of joy and happiness, however she was not tall enough to reach down and tap the foot pedal from the seat within the photo booth herself.  Luckily, with our professional software, Full Sail Photography not only has the capability of allowing our guests an innumerable amount of photos to be taken by themselves via a foot pedal, but we can also trigger the camera from our own computer terminal, allowing for some surprises and antics to ensue.  In this case, it allowed a little girl to open up and dance upon the seat and free herself from restrain creating, in my opinion, some of the cutest photos to be taken:)

So get your tickets and come say cherri-o! as we hit Jess James Royal Wedding Reception and offer free prints to the attendees!
